The exceptional PBS Series by Ken Burns “THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION” currently streaming online, provides special focus on collectibles and autographed items of that period.  Historic George Washington related items are highlighted, located within multiple sections of the auction.  A George Washington Autograph Address Free Frank Transmittal Cover Signed, “G. Washington” endorsed “On Public Service” with his exceedingly rare original Red Wax Seal still fully Intact, along with 16 other Washington related items, plus paintings, engravings, and two rare (1789) original first Presidential Inaugural Buttons are offered.  Another incredible item is perhaps the Earliest Known George Washington “Memorial” Sampler with a Tribute Poem dated “1800” is highlighted.  From the founding of the United States the auction continues to the War or 1812, the War with Mexico, the American Civil War era and beyond.  This auction has several important Oil on Canvas Paintings, Engravings, Liverpool Creamware, along with other decorative and political Americana.  An auction to enjoy even to review and learn about the significance and history of the interesting collectibles offered.
